USA : Oreo vs. Russell Stover s’mores cookies

Oreo (owned by Mondelez International) is introducing a s'mores cookie — the S’mores Oreo — which features chocolate-marshmallow creme filling between graham cracker cookies.  It hits shelves nationwide May 22, 2015.

While Oreos have been around for more than a century, the push for new flavors is relatively recent. Past concoctions include watermelon, mint and BerryBurst Ice Cream.
